Helicarrier 64, which is featured here, is the same one that appeared in The Avengers (2012) and Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015).
The final exchange between Gonzalez and Jiaying illustrates two competing philosophies - government control for perceived safety as espoused by Gonzalez vs. individual freedom from intrusive government as espoused by Jiaying. In the Marvel universe, a similar discussion was seen in Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) when Captain America told Director Fury the helicarriers were like holding a gun at everyone on Earth and calling it protection and that it wasn't freedom but instead fear.
Alicia Vela-Bailey plays the inhuman Alisha. She has also served as Adrianne Palicki's stunt double since Palicki joined the cast.
