- TriviaAside from Judge Mills Lane's appearance Steve Austin mentions that a Judge Horne said that it is a legally binding contract. This episode of Raw took place in Lexington, Kentucky. Judge Kevin M. Horne was a real District Court Judge in Lexington at the the time (1998). Judge Horne served as a District Court Judge from 1988 until 2004. He later took Senior Status and continued to serve until his tragic death in 2011 at the age of 64.
