In the wake of last week’s phenomenal “Off The Record,” it appeared that Lucifer would just get back to season three as usual. After all, “Off The Record” was a season two holdover and as standalone as it could possibly be. Except for the fact that the one-off character just so happened to be the ex-husband of series…

You can try to survive the chaos of Black Friday from your own couch now that Dead Rising 4 is available for the Xbox One and Windows 10 from Capcom, but the crowds Frank West faces are more interested in his flesh than the great deals at the Willamette mall. Injecting holiday cheer and palpable fear into the new Dead Rising game's soundtrack is Oleksa Lozowchuk, and we caught up with the composer and soundtrack producer for our latest Q&A feature.
Thanks for taking the time to answer some questions for us, Oleksa. You’ve created music for the Dead Rising franchise in the realms of video games and film. How do you balance bringing something new to the table while building upon the music that you’ve already created for the franchise?

Capcom has confirmed via its Unity blog that the remasters of Dead Rising, Dead Rising 2 and Dead Rising 2: Off The Record will launch digitally on September 13, with a physical retail version set to release on the same day, but only in North America. The existence of the current-gen re-releases was confirmed by Capcom last month after a previous trophy leak outed them early for the PlayStation 4. All of the remastered zombie-killing sims, are, however, headed to Xbox One and PC too.
Additionally, all three will come packaged with their original Dlc costumes as well as “upgraded graphics presented in 1080p at 60 frames per second.”

Dead Rising: the classic original and an underrated spin-off are set to make their next generation debut, Capcom has announced....
Although Capcom ended up revealing Dead Rising 4 at E3 2016 as opposed to the Dead Rising remake that some felt they were going to announce, it appears that the company has enough room in their zombie development department to give fans of the franchise both titles after all.
According to a Capcom representative's response to an inquiry over the rumors of a Dead Rising remake posted by Eurogamer, Capcom will indeed be re-releasing the first Dead Rising. While they are not officially billing it as an HD remaster at this time, we do know that it will be available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC when it does debut. Additionally, it appears that Dead Rising 2: Off The Record will also be receiving a re-release set to hit the PS4 and Xbox One.

Following the leak yesterday of what appeared to be a trophy list for a PlayStation 4 remaster of the original Dead Rising, Capcom has confirmed that a current-gen re-release does in fact exist, and that it’s coming to Xbox One and PC in addition to Sony’s console.
That’s just the tip of the iceberg, however; Dead Rising 2 and Dead Rising 2: Off the Record are also getting the remaster treatment for all the aforementioned platforms, so it won’t just be Frank West’s first encounter with the zombie horde that you’ll be reliving.
Confirming the news to VideoGamer.com, a Capcom spokesperson said: “Capcom will be bringing Dead Rising to Xbox One, PS4 and PC. In addition, Dead Rising 2 and Dead Rising 2: Off the Record will make their way onto Xbox One and PS4. We will have more news to share soon.”

Exclusive: Netflix to launch Us-Danish documentary Knox in autumn; Screen speaks to key doc companies about their lineups.
The Danish documentary world has been going from strength to strength – and not just Joshua Oppenheimer’s Danish productions The Act of Killing and The Look of Silence.
Screen spoke to three of Denmark’s most prominent documentary production companies last week in Copenhagen, to talk about their slates, which include a new Netflix title with exclusive access to Amanda Knox, two Syrian documentaries, and a Tribeca premiere about insects as a sustainable food source.
All the companies said Danish documentaries were booming thanks in part to generous support systems from the Danish Film Institute, which has specialist documentary funding consultants, to help them create such a range of work now.
As Signe Byrge Sorensen of Final Cut For Real says: “There is a long tradition here for documentary, and its also very diverse. People do all...

Before Iowans even turning out to caucus on Monday night, one-time Republican front-runner Ben Carson announced that he was leaving Iowa and returning home to Florida to "get some fresh clothes." Carson's statement to reporters was seized on by at least one opponent, Ted Cruz, who told his precinct captains to inform Carson supporters that the surgeon was taking time off and to urge them to vote for Cruz instead. "After spending 18 consecutive days on the campaign trail, Dr. Carson needs to go home and get a fresh set of clothes," spokesman Larry Ross said in a statement to CNN.

There were more than just two winners in the Iowa caucuses Monday night. While Texas Sen. Ted Cruz nabbed a decisive victory over fallen front-runner Donald Trump in the Republican contest, Democratic hopeful Hillary Clinton squeaked by with the slimmest of wins over rival Bernie Sanders. But Iowa can also be considered a victory for the Vermont senator. Sanders has quickly risen from relative obscurity to become a legitimate threat to the No. 1 woman in politics, and Monday night's "virtual tie," as he called it, proves there's a big market for his anti-establishment politics. Plus, he's still favored to win...
