- GoofsDuring earlier episodes, Peralta brags about not visiting the dentist in 8 years. During this episode, he says that he read the New Yorker article on anti-slavery, presumably 4 weeks ago when the issue was new. The shot of him reading The New Yorker was of him in a dentists chair. In episodes later in the season and in other seasons, he will brag about not going to the dentist in 8 years, which in itself is another flaw since time does not stay still during all of the seasons. He always says 8 years, but he had really been to the dentist 4 weeks before Capt. Holt's birthday party.
- Quotes
Jake Peralta: Hello, good sir, I'd like your finest bottle of wine, please.
Liquor Store Attendant: That will be $1,600.
Jake Peralta: Great, I'd like your $8-est bottle of wine, please.

Heartwarming episode
This episode is fantastic! It's unquestionably one of my favourites. What I like about this episode is that we got every character to play a role in it, whether it was at the beginning or at the end of the episode.
To begin with, I like how Terry is acting maturely at the party and attempting to maintain control of the situation. I loved seeing more of Gina and I'm glad we got to see her getting the recognition she deserves. Also It warms my heart to see Charles growing and finding another love interest.
At the end of the episode, we learned about one of Holt's marital troubles and witnessed it being solved by an exceptional detective, Peralta. I'm glad we saw most of the team involved in setting up Raymond's and Kevin's date: Amy achieving her goal of finding Holt's interests; Terry being the responsible team leader he was at the beginning of the episode; Charles having a happier life, as a result of starting dating with someone who understands him; and even Scully making that moment better with his singing.
To sum up, this episode deserved a perfect 10!
