What is the answer?
When Churchill interviewed Watson-Watt he was initially sceptical about the project, describing it as castles in the sky. At the end of the meeting, after Robert W-W had explained his ideas, using an analogy of castles along the coast, Churchill said "Go ahead and build your castles in the sky". The confusion may come from the word "castle", which Watt used to mean "fortress".
