I admitt- I am not one of Richard Gere fans. So, this short film reminds me that in real precise manner. And amusing , too. The loneliness of an ordinary guy, discovering the admiration for an actor who is far to be his idol is the premise of a lovely short comedy, exploring the steps of adaptation to the new situation. The bitter humor works in beautiful manner in this case . And the final "abdication"- between fear and need to be part of group is more than inspired. Short, a wise lesson about the clash between your opinions and the verdict of the others. Who wins ? The answer is more than obvious.
