Niterói, 1924. It's Carnival. Three men - Agripino, Orlando and Gaspar - go to a brothel on the outskirts of the town. While waiting for service, they play and tease each other. As they discuss, Agripino, the protagonist, goes through an existential crisis inspired by psychological traumas from his childhood. They argue about what makes a man a man. Questions about Agripino's sexuality and a traumatic event from the past involve the three in a rite of affirmation of masculinity that will leave marks. As if to prove himself, Agripino himself becomes the monster he desperately does not want to be.
