Maureen O'Brien and Peter Purves pick up exactly where they left off, this was quite a special moment, two companions from the first Doctor's run, together, magical.
How lovely that Maureen returned as Vicki, first for Big Finish, then the blu rays and here, lovely to see her in character, lovely actress. Purves provided some terrific narration on the audios.
I'm so glad they chose The Time Meddler, it's one of Hartnell's best, so many questions to this day about The Monk, I can't help but wonder if he'll ever return, I hope so.
'Sheer poetry Dead Boy!' Hartnell was magical here.
