The Parents Guide items below may give away important plot points.

Violence & Gore

  • A young boy is described to shoot a swan with his shotgun, then cut both its wings. The wings with blood on both ends (they also look fake on purpose) are forced to be worn by another boy.
  • A boy is told to climb up a high tree and jump. However, after the boy is on top of the tree, he refuses to jump. So, two boys who instructed him to climb up shoot his leg with a shotgun and the boy falls down the tree. This is only told by the narrator, only the aftermath is shown. The entire scene is bloodless.
  • According to the narrator, the two bullies tie up their victim's arms and legs. After that, they tell him to lay down on a railway. No injury is shown as the boy survives from the train going above him.
  • A boy slaps another boy (it's only told by the narrator, the slap itself isn't shown) and the boy is shown with a bloody nose.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The movie contains a dark theme of bullying and tells the story of two boys bullying someone to the point of his death. Little-to-no blood is shown, most graphic details are told by the narrator.
  • The whole story is very dark and distressing. Even for adults.
