Constable Rick has created a realistic educational video that is very useful for all age groups. This series is well thought out and creates useful tools and resources for young and old. Guides children and parents through positive decision making. Brings awareness to issues within our communities. Every episode in S.M.A.R.T Tips brings the reality of what individuals face everyday, it brings situations some have not yet faced but is within our communities plus Constable Rick has individuals who have been affected by the subjects he is discussing. S.M.A.R.T Tips is a great communication tool for teachers and parents to continue constant communication and open up new discussions with children. Congratulations on an exceptional teaching tool.

Very informational videos for young children. Constable Lemieux explains to children information they may need in emergency situations, such as calling 911. He also shows a different view of what a Police Officer is, something that many children don't often see. The side of a Police Officer that is not just arresting people. He uses techniques that younger children can identify with. The Smart Team also focuses on bullying. One of the most overlooked topics in schools today. If you have children, then watching Smart Tips is a must. The present day "School House Rock" and should be in every school. I have to give these videos a 10. Way to co Constable Rick. Not to mention, these videos were made by the Most Awesome Dare Officer in the World.
