JUST WATCH!!! Couldn't Wait for Last of Season 2!

I admit to starting this series only because of my love affair with New Mexico and its history, sordid as it may be in parts as is my home born state of Illinois. But my adopted state of 7 years, left in 2001, where I say I left my soul, suffered such hardship and deprivation to humanity and brutality by white men to other humans that never must be forgotten.

I was hoping the series would portray the protagonist as the movie "Chisum" did, a fave of mine, and possibly more sympathetic than history because I want to believe that that's who he really was, a 21-year-old dying way too young and a man made by circumstances not really his choice. I want to believe he had redeeming qualities that history would like us to forget and I think this series shows him that way and does a very good job of it. I liked seeing Linus take over the role of Mr Tunstall, if it must be recast although, historically a bit older than 24 and it was nice to see David C. Again, albeit briefly. But the young man who brought the prequel of 'The Hunger Games' main character to life really has done an excellent job and I cannot wait to see the last four episodes of this season and beyond! Kudos to all the cast and crew of this dynamic series!
