Plot Twists Galore!
marcusliou528 April 2013
Warning: Spoilers
From the box to the phone call, I have no idea where to start. This episode was jam packed with plot twists, emotional turns, and a good conclusion to the campaign. What made me like this episode specifically was that it made me question what I believe is going to happen. Only a good show can make your reasonings spin. I for sure thought that Peter's opponent was ballot stuffing, then I thought it wasn't even stuffing. Then it turns out that it was Peter's campaign! I'm still iffy to whether Peter knew or not. Probably not. Then the emotional turns with Will and Alicia that made me insatiably want more from that relationship. A mysterious call Alicia made made me think it was to Will, to allow them to talk about their relationship. I believed that she was going to go back to Will; oh what a dream! Turns out, it was a Carrey! Carrey with his new firm of younglings. This episode has me pumped up for season 5, hopefully they will integrate Kalinda more into the storyline and utilize what a great storyline they have set up in this episode. So since CBS has renewed The Good Wife for at least one more season, Cheers! Se you all in the fall with another 20 glorious episodes of The Good Wife.

Good Wife Season Finale: It Could Have Even Been Better ***1/2

Warning: Spoilers
Zack witnesses voter tampering. Nice to see Estelle Parsons,Oscar winner in 1967 for "Bonnie and Clyde," in this episode. As a poll watcher, Parsons does a good job of hiding her worsening mental state. A wake up call for any Board of Elections hiring such people.

The irony here is that when the disputed votes favor Florrick, both sides in the controversy obviously take different approaches.

Nice to see that Gov.-elect Florrick's mother, Jackie, seems to be better, as she wants her young, dashing care-giver around.

From this show, Florrick has made it nicely. At the end of last season, he was elected Attorney General, and now he is governor.

Cary Agos is as sly as ever, and what's this as he comes to Alicia's door at the episode's end? We will have the summer to ponder this. Good luck.
