This was a wonderful finale. It was pretty exciting until the end considering that Patricia and Stanley had to redo a lot. I was also very excited to see Dmitry Sholokhov and updates on him. I loved him on his show as a person and designer and am very glad things are going so well for him. Michael Kors as a guest judge was also a nice surprise, I missed her.
I actually really liked what Stanley did. I liked it before and when he made it a bit sexier it was even more beautiful. Some of his outfits were spectacular and he was always doing well during the season. Funny how the judges said he did better in a team and he actually hated to be part of a team. Judging by his twitter he is in fashion, where he definitely belongs.
Patricia is the one I kept on having mixed feelings about. She is a great person and I loved her in the introduction as somebody with great ideas, but I hated all that she did this season. I don't get Heidi and was more with Nina on her. But her collection was interesting. I am glad I got to see it. It is definitely great when one is able to take a great culture and modernize it. She has a website by which I can see she does great as well.
Michelle is the one I was rooting for. I like her edge, I loved her theme and I was incredibly impressed by that collection. So glad that judges chose her as well. What I saw on her website now was also very impressive. A definite success.
