When Reacher is drinking a bottle of ULTRA beer the label is clearly visible facing forward when he opens it and for his next line saying to David O'Donnell "hopefully ... your family won't need to be gone long" but then the two boys play-fighting run in and a millisecond later (with the wider shot) the bottle is twisted 180 degrees with the label facing backwards.
The flag on the coffin is placed incorrectly; the union should be over the left shoulder of the casket (This is when seen over Russo's shoulder; it is corrected later).
American flag only has 11 stripes instead of 13.
It is well known that to protect an operation, the assassins need to be eliminated. The hired killer was too inept to see what was coming but Reacher should have known the assassins would likely end up dead.
Acknowledging it would ruin the audience surprise.
The idea that a truckload of ultra-deadly missiles would be shipped commercially in a regular semi WITHOUT military escort is preposterous.
In the graveyard shooting, Reacher instructs the team to flank the shooters. This suggests they'll move around the side, however, they appear to continue heading straight at the shooters rather than "flanking" them.
The two professional assassins missed the cues to fire on the first and second rounds of the three-volley salute. Since they were sent to kill at least four people, they would need to fire multiple times and during multiple volleys. The snipers set up in a position blocked by six members of the honor guard and a back field filled with civilians, women, children, and military personnel. They missed everyone and only hit the framed photograph over six feet away from their targets.
In the cemetery shoot out, Neagly crosses in front of Dixon, putting herself in the line of fire of her weapon.
The assessment that the four hijackers would say that they were picking up the trailer because the truck broke down is illogical since both trucks had trailers. When a truck breaks down on a windy mountain road they would call a tow truck and/or a replacement truck to get the truck and trailer off of the road ASAP.
The better story would have been to claim two of them were helping the other two.
During the heroin deal, one of the goons seems to be showing of his butterfly knife (balisong) handling skills with some neat one-handed tricks, but seconds later when he needs to cut a package, he clumsily opens it with both hands instead of just "flipping" it.
