Chalamet is a great mix of humor and drama in one special piece

I guess I can call Timothée Chalamet the king of ads since whenever he appears in one there's always some amazingly spectacle going on. First, there was the Cadillac ad where he played an Edward Scissorhands teen trying to deal with the obstacles in his life since he had scissors instead of hands; now comes this ad for Apple where he plays himself as fan of the company streaming service but he wonders why he cannot be part of their specials, series and movies. Like in the other commercial, this one manages to be fun and sad at the same time, and it's not just because of the idea presented but above all his performance brings both feelings all at once. Like when he's scrolling through Apple's specials he feels confident enough to imagine himself being part of such projects or maybe similar but as his daily life as a superstar goes on he keeps wondering why he's not being called for those projects - to the point he becomes somewhat enraged and blurts something about "Ted Lasso" on a hot mic (hilarious moment).

Here's a pretty awesome ad that intelligently sells the brand, specially to those who don't know much about it or weren't so interested in following since it presents part of the specials they have available and along with Chalamet's acting as himself it generates some curiosity about the brand and when commercials accomplish such feat then they are doing right.

Well, whatever Timmy wanted to do with Apple he'll have to wait a litle longer but in the meantime this special commercial is already something to be seen and admired. Apple, call him! 10/10.
