- TriviaAlthough, the invention of the guillotine was credited to Joseph-Ignace Guillotin, it was not the case, he merely helped by making it widely available. The reasoning being, it was more humane than hanging and more democratic, i.e. aristocrats had the option to beheading by axe or sword. The guillotine put an end to preferential treatment, which reconciles well with the values espoused by French Revolution (May 5, 1789 - November 9, 1799), of "Liberté, égalité, fraternité" (Liberty, Equality, and Brotherhood).
- GoofsThe actress comes from the parking lot and goes into the elevator unattended. She is also left in the office without an agent watching over her, plus she is not wearing visitor pass. In reality no one that was not a NCIS employee would be allowed in building unattended let alone without a visitors pass, as this is a major security breech.

Wrong Portsmouth
The opening aerial view is Portsmouth navy museum UK, not Virginia! You can see the Victory and the Mary Rose plus a British-style aircraft carrier (I think one that got scrapped a view years ago)
Lazy work.
These days they are just sleepwalking through, no doubt unwilling to kiss goodbye to a money-spinner.
A big pity as this was one of my favourite shows back in the day. Perhaps the creative talent moved off to the streamers?
I agree with other posters, but frankly have got to the stage where I'm just typing to get to the minimum 600 word count - not so unlike an NCIS script writer? LOL.
