The short is really funny. I think it deals with modern notions about sexuality and culture. I'm a heterosexual Latino man and I found the short interested even though I'm not gay. I did find it funny how some of the characters reminded me of people I know that find themselves in crazy situations due to sexual promiscuity. I did feel a little too short but it did feel wholesome. I've lived in the Echo Park area for years I love that this short features my favorite places. I don't think I'm giving anything away with this but: I don't know about anyone else's experience using those casual encounters apps but I have used them once or twice. After watching this short I'm not going to be using them anytime soon. I walk my dog by that bakery all the time.
