I saw this at the Reel Sisters of the Diaspora Film Festival in Brooklyn several years ago with my daughter and I liked it a lot. It's a story about domestic abuse and murder of an athlete who abused his wife.
It starts with a funeral and and shows how the heroine's friends and family rally around her as she flashes back to memories of her deceased husband. You get to see how it spirals into abuse and death.
The credits rolling during the wedding footage was especially moving. This short film packs quite an punch for 20 minutes. Me and my daughter enjoyed it. I wanted to buy it but cannot find it anywhere. I wonder what ever happened to it.
