Mickey comes home late and finds an envelope by his front door. It's form from the FBI making the big land developer a person of interest. He must tread lightly because there is no proof that it is authentic. So the trial starts and the defense seems to have the upper hand. The FBI has to stay close mouthed so it is hard to get their agent to admit to any wrongdoing. Mickey manages to get a single word. A grand jury could be impaneled but it isn't likely that the judge will allow it because of expense and the tenuous nature of the evidence. As is usually the case (classic serial technique) a huge bit of evidence shows up at the conclusion.
