Maybe stereotypical but for sure funny.

I think the low ratings on here are a bit harsh. I get that not everybody has the same sense of humor, and that's fine, but George Lopez deserves a higher rating. It was a first show from him for me and I can't say I didn't laugh because I laughed a lot. I don't speak Spanish, so it might be difficult to understand all his jokes, but even then it still remains funny. George Lopez has a good way to bring a joke, he has good funny mimics, a good versatile voices repertoire, and the interaction with the audience is perfect. This show is a lot based on different ethnicities, I don't know of all his shows are like that, but anyway it worked to me. Maybe it's a bit stereotypical but to me there is nothing funnier of making jokes about yourself or your race, that's what makes a good comedian. I will definitely look out for more of his shows.
