- When Lincoln tries to get out of his chores on Chore Day, he and Clyde end up on a police ride-a-long, drawing unwanted attention from the notorious Custard Gang leader. Meanwhile, Dad loses all of the other kids throughout the afternoon.
- Today is a Saturday, and Lincoln plans to enjoy it by spending it on a VR beach with his best friend, Clyde. However, as he prepares to leave the house, he finds out that his father has declared it to be Chore Day. As his father begins handing out assignments to his kids, Lincoln decides to get out of Chore Day by doing his job so badly, his father will do it for him. Meanwhile, Lucy and Lola decide to ditch Chore Day so they can watch a monster movie in the basement. While Mr. Loud is busy trying to keep his other kids in check, Clyde arrives, and he spills the beans about Lincoln's plan to get out of Chore Day. This leads to Lincoln and Clyde both getting assigned to do yard work. Meanwhile, Lisa is busy cleaning the bathroom with her new invention, the ZapMaster 3000, with Lily accompanying her as an apprentice. After Lisa has a brief conversation with Luan, the invention goes off, and Lily disappears. This causes Lisa to believe that she has zapped her into oblivion. This raises alarm to both her and her father, who begin searching for Lily (who is secretly just fine) throughout the house. Back with Lincoln and Clyde, Lana upgrades the lawn mower so it goes really fast while the two boys are preparing to drive it. However, when Lincoln steps on the gas pedal, the lawn mower goes so fast, it ends up going down the street. Chief Wellington, the local police chief, catches the lawn mower speeding and begins chasing after it. Meanwhile, Mr. Loud checks on Luna and Leni. After spending some time rapping with Luna as she does her chores, he gets a call from his wife. When Mrs. Loud asks to see Lily, Mr. Loud throws his phone into the toilet, not wanting her to know that Lily has vanished. Meanwhile, Lucy and Lola are still watching their monster movie in the basement. After their computer cord breaks in half, Lola decides to grab another milkshake from the kitchen, but as she leaves, the doorknob to the basement door comes off and rolls behind the furnace, leaving her too scared to retrieve it due to the possibility of the monsters from the movie being real. Mr. Loud calls a family meeting to raise awareness that Lily has gone missing. During the meeting, Lisa tells him that she got sent to another dimension, then offers to make Lana's frog, Hops, wear a tracking device and be hit by the ZapMaster 3000 to see if he could potentially end up in the same dimension as Lily. However, Lana decides to protect Hops by going into the basement, since the two have not been on speaking terms lately. Meanwhile, Lincoln and Clyde have been caught by Chief Wellington, who prepares to book and arrest them for speeding. Lincoln tries to clear his name by calling his father to explain everything, but since Mr. Loud's phone is in the toilet, he does not answer. Suddenly, an alert gets sent through the police unit that a dessert kingpin criminal named Milkshake Marty and his henchmen, the Custard Gang, have hijacked Auntie Pam's ice cream truck. Chief Wellington drives to the scene of the crime and warns the boys not to leave the car because Milkshake Marty and the Custard Gang are highly dangerous. While Chief Wellington inspects the scene of the crime, Milkshake Marty tries to pass himself off as Auntie Pam. Lincoln and Clyde notice his real identity, then manipulate him into trying to answer a trick question. With his identity exposed, Milkshake Marty and the Custard Gang are taken downtown and arrested. However, since Lincoln and Clyde still need to pay their debt to society for speeding, they end up having to clean the floors at the police station. Luckily for them, Lincoln is able to get out of it by utilizing his original plan to get out of Chore Day. Meanwhile, the other kids retreat to the basement with varying motives throughout the day, and it eventually comes to the point where everyone in the household but Mr. Loud is trapped inside. Mr. Loud soon arrives to free his kids, but does not realize that he has locked himself inside the basement as well until it is too late. Suddenly, Lincoln and Clyde arrive back home, only to notice the huge mess that Lincoln's sisters left behind. Seeing everything they left behind, he theorizes that Milkshake Marty probably escaped jail and ground them up into a milkshake. Meanwhile, Lola decides that the only way to find the doorknob is to defeat the monster in the basement, so she prepares to face the monster face-to-face. However, the "monster" turns out to be Lily, who has found the doorknob. Having the doorknob, they put it back on the basement door and escape, where they find a let-down Lincoln lamenting about how his antics led to everyone's disappearance. With the entire Loud family reunited, they clean the whole house together.
