Chase : What are you complaining about? I got the bra!
Chase : [after Bree hugs a lunch lady and Adam rips the door from a locker] Would you two quit goofing off. We're supposed to not draw attention to ourselves.

[the school bell rings and Chase falls to the ground, squirling and screaming from the sound]

Leo : What's up with Crazy?

Bree : He has ultra-sensitive bionic hearing.

Chase : [finally sitting up as the bell stops] What WAS that?

Leo : It's called a bell. It rings every forty minutes, eight times a day, so... have fun with that.
Adam : Hey, why does he gets a force field and I don't?

Bree : 'Cause if you had one, I wouldn't be able to do this!

[throws a plastic bottle into his chest]
Bree : Oh, I KNOW you didn't shoot that laser at me!

Adam : [with false contrition] Oh, I'm sorry, it was a terrible mistake - just like your face!
Bree : Where were you?

Chase : [with a wicked smile] Computer lab taking med school courses. Guess who just became a chiropractor in the Philippines?
Adam : Think we should wake him up?

Bree : No, let him sleep.

Adam : But he's drooling on my socks.
