Dated for sure but still relevant.
Home economics has never been a popular subject. Unfortunately this film was "that film" they made you watch in that class if you were in school during the 60s and probably up until the 70s.
Sex, gender, personal and political issues aside, this film is still extremely informative! Pay attention! It shows you how to carve every cut of meat. It demonstrates that if you carve the meat properly you will have a more pleasant eating experience. It's thanks to this film alone that I am the designated carver at holiday gatherings. I'm happy to do it for any occasion to ensure everyone has properly cut meats.
