The power of friendship Warning: Spoilers
I think that this was a nice episode: Definitely not the best one in the series (That would be, in my opinion, "Exit 9B", the first episode of the fourth season)

While I'm not very much into rap, I have to say that some of rhymes and songs from this episode were actually pretty clever. But the best part from "Rap It Up" is that (Just as Pop says at the end of this chapter) is that it had a good message about friendship and how friends are supposed to support each other.

For me, it was nice to see Mordecai and Rigby (Specially Rigby, who rarely does something nice for the others) helping Pops and that definitely counts as a genuine heartwarming moment.

I agree with Pops: The power of poetry is nothing compared to the power of friendship!

The Quintessential And Ultimate Episode Of Regular Show

Warning: Spoilers
Part of the brilliance of this episode is that it ticks most of the Regular Show boxes; Skips giving handy advice, Muscle Man being insulting, Pops a bit clueless and Mordecai and Rigby trying to look cool taking the easy way out but then grinding their teeth and taking the more difficult but better path and coming out on top. Another part of the excellence this episode displays is also that it's not like a typical episode; it does have magic as usual but in this case it's dependent entirely upon some physical task being accomplished first and doesn't have much of an impact anyway for example Mordecai's head won't go backwards unless it's rapped about first and in contrast to the usual formula of the show (everything is normal for 5 minutes then some seemingly small mistake causes things to go very weird) in this episode a small mistake (Pops thinking Crew Crew were having a poetry competition rather than a rap battle) just leads to some perfectly normal event happening (Pops decides to rap battle them). Crew Crew and Big Trouble themselves are played by real rappers and it shows in their catchy and witty lyrics that provide formidable competition for Pops' beautiful and relaxed poetry.

Warning: Spoilers
Mordecai, Rigby and Pops reciting beautiful poetry in a rap battle is like being in a fight and taking your cloths off. I love it. Also that one guy is voiced by Tyler the Creator, neat.
