Long. Two hours and one minute. When a mysterious woman (Ana Serradilla) appears at his father's funeral, victor (wes bentley) is determined to find out who she is. And follows her back to mexico. It runs kind of like a hallmark channel film that takes place in mexico. Lots of talk of flames, candles, moons. At first, victor is the stupid, rude american. Can he smarten up and find out why this strange woman showed up at the funeral? Many mistakes, mis-understandings, foolish moves. Can it all be straightened out? Directed by jose bojorquez. Linda gray (from dallas !) is the grieving widow, in a small role. It gets a little over the top, but it's mostly pretty good. A two hour telenovela.

If You're A Sap for Romances...yes but otherwise

I'm a general fan of Wes Bentley and that's how I found this movie on Prime. Even though it's supposed to be subtitled, 99% of the Spanish spoken was not translated. So I'm reviewing half of the movie here. Thanks Prime or whoever. The subtitling showed up but was only to subtitle the already English dialog. Just a warning for English speakers.
Regarding the movie, it sounded promising and had some interesting plot points. But honestly the writing seemed overall tired and characters flat and uninteresting, especially the "bad" brother. I'd only recommend this if you love ALL romances no matter how bad, or want to see Wes at work (and shirtless) and think his one sex scene might be worth 2 hours of your time.

This is not an ordinary film, 10 minutes into the film I completely forgot I was watching a movie. It made me laugh, cry and think. What an amazing experience, I will remember it as long as I live, it has a very powerful message.
Director Pepe Bojorquez has a unique talent to make you feel like you are in the middle of every escene, the music takes your breath away and the places shown (Guanajuato and Veracruz) are worth traveling to, it is a very organic film. I liked that it was centered in very deep feelings and dreams that we all may have whether we make the choice to follow it or not.
Ana Serradilla is a very talented beautiful actress and has a lot of chemistry with Wes Bentley and Osvaldo de Leon. Loved the ending, It made me feel so good I had to write a review.

I was in Tijuana Mexico last year in 2012, A friend and I stop to see this movie, We both had an amazing experience looking at it. We both cried and it will make you think of the time you last meet that person you fell for. I did and so did my friend. What an amazing experience, I will remember it as long as I live. I plan to go to see the Citys in Mexico because it touched are hearts in a very special way. I hope it make it to the USA-Los Angeles. I laugh and I cried like I was in the movie in love all over again. A MUST GO SEE. The cast of people in the movie are very good I hope you find it in your city or look for it in the movie or try to find it on DVD,. Get that one person you fell for or a person you love and sit and you will have an amazing experience. You will remember it as long as you live. Are you living .? Are you existing.? if you are living you will see it.
Pretty classic romance movie

This movie is way better than many Hallmark romance movies. Emotions are deep and the acting is star worthy. Pretty classic with a surprise ending. The music is beautiful and scenery too. The stars speak mostly Mexican and there's English subtitles. Enjoyed it a lot.
