Some great elements

Overall a good episode. Shaun and Lea making up, Shaun challenging then backing down to authority - would have been stronger if patient died.

Getting bored of the Salen thread now though the dynamic with Shaun's development is good.

Shaun is having ever more extreme reactions - the 'I am unhappy therefore resign' following immediately on the Lea issue is a bit much - I get that it moves the plotline on usefully, but unless it is driving toward Shaun having a breakdown it is too rich.

S5.E9 - Very Good Episode [9/10]

(S5. E9) My Live Reaction / Review for The Good Doctor Season 5 Episode 9 ''Yippee Ki-Yay''. The previous episode was good and I gave it a rating of 9/10. Let's see if this one is better or worse. Salen made Dr. Andrews chief of surgery? I saw that coming. So now Lea is sleeping at Dr. Allen's house? Both Lea and Shaun act in such a childish way. So Lea and Shaun are back together? No more drama? So Dr. Glassman isnt going to Montana after all? I hope so. Im glad they were able to give this woman's voice back. Shaun quit his job? What? Dr. Lim and Dr. Glassman against Salen? This will be fun! Overall this episode was good and I enjoyed it. My rating is 9/10.

Solid 7 as a base all round, jumps to 8 when we find out the dad is paralysed. Brilliantly built up emotional tension. 9 when she dies due to Salens incompetence. Turns out she didn't actually die but either way, brilliant episode.

Interesting episode, very touching with the father and the kid story. It is time for Salen to go home, she is ruining everything it this hospital and thinking only for money. I don't like her at all. Glad that Lea and Shaun are back together :)

Ok episode.. the case was ok even tho the jesus coming back to life thing but at least we did not have any female whining about the bad men..

the cases per se should carry the show... just let blondie go.. she played no part in the show.

Sucks

What a stupid episode! All kinds of dumb coincidences. A patient comes back from the dead because of sudden clotting factors. One patient is paralyzed but his son magically can walk because his blood sugar is better. Where are the medical experts? The show was supposed to showcase Shaun's talents and it has turned into a drama about everyone's sexual exploits. If they don't kill off Salen in the next episode, there is no hope for this stupid show. I am tired of seeing her smirking face! Keep it medical or cancel the stupid series!
