- One antagonist is very large and wears a small skirt. Also when he eats energy, a pair of red lips appears and eats them. Then, one move of his is called "the kiss of death".

- the first 20 minutes are quite graphic and disturbing:
- a building is blown up showing a few protagonists bloody
- in hell: Ichigo is impaled by a sword but when the main antagonist pulls it out we see red blood on the sword.
- this movie is the most violent of the series

- Much darker than the other films, in which the antagonists are portrayed as being sympathetic or less violent in comparison to the antagonist of this film, who constantly beats Ichigo with his fists or feet, showcasing his aggressive fighting style. Not recommended for younger audiences.
- The entire movie maybe to violent for some, the scenes where Yuzu is seen with a gaping hole in her chest with a chain in it is extreme and intense as ichigo calls for help.
- The first 3 minutes is very intense and the last 20 minutes or are intense.
- Ishida and renji are seen lifeless and rotting: Very disturbing and nasty rukia is seen coming out of a lava pit, not gory ichigos Full Hollow Transformation is quite scary ichigos full cero blast breaks the doors to hell causing quite a scene of epic explosions engulfing the entire hell maze
- The whole theme of the movie is intense, and action packed.
