This is a very busy episode. XIII is thrown into a South American jail to make contact with someone but it is a set up.
XIII finds himself distrusted by the inmates and the prison guards. He needs to use guile to make alliances.
Frank Giordino is there to smooth things over but he seems to have his own agenda as well as making things difficult for XIII.
For Sam, there is unwitting danger. There seems to be another assassin on the hunt.
Again there is a lot of action, XIII discovers more about himself such as once being a torturer.
It is still a low voltage episode, it just looks a little too cheap to me.
