At about the 65 minute mark when Florence is showing Neville the receipt for the locksmith, why did the receipt show $17 tended on a $15.75 bill? Normal people would've given the proprietor $16 and got $.25 back in change.
Opens with two people "working late". Soon after this they go to investigate a murder which supposedly occurred around 6pm. The trip to the location, and all the initial investigation take place in bright sunlight. Sunset is around 6pm at any time of year at this latitude, and it's fully dark by 6:30-6:40.
When Neville initially examines the scene he says a club is missing and identifies it as the driver, but the bag in the background has a driver in it.
Surely the medical examiner would have been able to tell that there had been more than one blow to the head of the murder victim, and put it in his/her report. It's very unlikely that the second blow could have lined up so precisely with the first as to make it undetectable.
