- We open with Tracy and his son Donald (who is two years older than Tracy) asking Jack to invest in Donald's new business. The Tracy Jordan Institute for Karate has failed, and Donald would now like to start a theme restaurant in Times Square. They have investments from "Brown and Folderson" and would like Jack to get on board. Jack says he'll check the place out.
Liz walks in on Jenna and Paul involved in some creepy touchless sex play. After Paul leaves Jenna tells Liz that tonight is their six month anniversary and she thinks he is going to "pop the question." The question, of course, being whether Jenna wants to shoot a sex tape and leak it to the public. Jenna thinks marriage is like death for a relationship and kills the spark. Liz mentions that she hasn't spoken to Carol in five days.
Liz goes to Jack for input on her possibly stale relationship. His solution to issues is to crush them with his "mind vise." But for people like Liz, he thinks therapy is the best way.
Jack shows up at Donald's restaurant, called "Staples." Donald went with the name because the place has all the basics. Donald's restaurant is modeled after Medieval Times, but instead of knights there will be fights featuring unlicensed Godzilla monsters. Jack is horrified.
Kenneth gives Liz a message from Carol. He said he heard women giggling in the background and Liz is upset. Liz lies on the couch and tells Kenneth she doesn't think men are honest enough. She tells a story of her youth when she confronted a department store Santa about not getting her what she wanted the previous year. The Santa took off his beard and everyone was shocked. A weepy Liz says it feels good to talk about it.
Paul takes Jenna to the vacant lot where they had their first face kiss. Paul tells Jenna he wants her to come to Ohio and meet his parents.
Jack tells Tracy that Donald's restaurant is a disaster. Tracy says he is well aware, adding that he has been bankrolling his son's terrible ideas for years. Jack doesn't think Tracy is doing Donald any favors by supporting his business ventures and thinks Tracy should cut him off.
Liz opens to Kenneth again, once more while lying on a couch in full psychiatrist style. She recalls her creepy Aunt Linda. She thinks her trust and food issues are connected and thanks Kenneth for allowing her to vent.
Jenna tells Liz she thinks Paul's idea of progress is terrible. Liz thinks she's in love and is trying to sabotage the relationship. Jenna counters that she's going to have to be the one to propose the sex tape.
Liz brags to Jack about her new therapist.
With Donald on the way, Jack reminds Tracy he must cut him off. Once Donald arrives, Tracy immediately starts crying and hugs him. Jack has to be the one to tell Donald he's being cut off. Tracy confirms this and Donald seems okay, telling them of his idea for a microbrewery/frozen yogurt business called Microsoft.
Liz tells Kenneth about a dream. We see that Kenneth is obsessing over the name Harold. Jack walks in and tells Liz that Kenneth simply isn't equipped to handle her problems. Jack takes Kenneth aside and learns that Harold was a pig who was his only father figure. Once Harold was taken to the slaughterhouse, Kenneth planned to head for New York. To raise the money for the trip, he competed in a pig-eating contest and was forced to eat Harold. Kenneth begins to lose it, saying that he ate his father. Jack points out that the sacrifice paved the way for Kenneth's career. Once Kenneth leaves we see that Jack has written "Daddy" dozens of times on his notepad and he begins to weep.
Jenna suggests the leaked sex tape idea to Paul. He tells her he's tired and she gets angry. He likes things the way they are and she says she's bored. Paul wants her to tell him if there current relationship isn't enough. She says "I'm sorry," and they appear to break up.
Kenneth brings Liz another message from Carol. He tells her Jack helped him get over his Harold issues.
Jack tells Tracy he was wrong and that he shouldn't turn his back on Donald. He tells Tracy that his father crapped all over his childhood dream of a being a scientist, basically forcing him to give up the idea. Jack thinks a father is the one person who is supposed to give unconditional support. Donald counters that Jack's dad was probably right, just as Tracy is right about him. Jack then recites his third grade science presentation flawlessly. Donald turns and asks Tracy for $50,000 so he can start a company where people can phone in and ask for air quality information for anywhere in the United States -- "American Airlines." Tracy says, "Of course."
