For Episode 13 of the Thornhill Diaries series, this "Twisted Passions 3" DVD briely picks up where Episode 12 left off, with Sam Ryan recuperating with an arm and face injury meted out by Mikey. Episode 12 was titled "Lesbian Psychotherapists 2", but all the recent Diaries have been named Twisted Passions.
Elexis Monroe comforts Sam and then humps her, with the cast on Sam's arm part of the less strenuous than usual Sapphic XXX scene.
