Coop, Billy and Jordan got great character arcs this ep. The writers sure know how to make the characters work. Olivia also made me proud. It was nice to see Billy and Spencer's bond esp since it's been missing the last eps. Jordan and Olivia def shone & Coop was less irritating. Next ep looks intense.

False narrative

The oppressed black athlete is an antiquated narrative in 2022.
It's simply my not true. All sports, collegiate & pro, is a business and anybody that can help a program win is celebrated. This episode was difficult to watch.

Background noise.

I guess the show got the same treatment vocal crowds get, when they keep repeating the same nonsense over and over again. At one point. People get annoyed and exhausted of hearing the same thing all the time. And it shows on the show's ratings, that keep dropping each week. This pity party is becoming an unsubtle plugging of « ideas ». When it keeps providing false narratives and speeches fueled by bad faith. I stopped the episode midway, let me know when it stops indulging some of it « oppressed » viewership's fantasies.
