- Violence is extremely graphic and includes bloody shootings, severed heads/fingers, stabbing, slicing, brutal hand-to-hand fights, beating with blunt objects, car crashes, explosions and much more.
- Several men in two cars begin shooting at each other; one person hanging out the window is shot in the chest with blood seeping through his white shirt before the driver is shot in the back of the head at close range and some blood splatters.
- A car crashes into a forklift and one of the blades slices through the neck of the driver, decapitating him. Shown very briefly but some blood sprays.
- A character is struck and killed with a machete but this is fully offscreen, nothing is seen.
- A man enters a building with a shotgun and kills everyone inside, shooting people in the chest and face with blood splattering.
- A character is shot under the jaw, the bullet exits out the top of his head and lots of blood rains down onto his killer.

- Brian Godlock's son is shot and killed by a stray bullet during a gang drive by\shootout with bloody results.
- Brian Godluck is shot by Playa, the bad guy and main gang leader in the throat at the beginning of the movie, bloody splatters out, and comes out Godluck's neck.
- Both detective Vassell and Brian Godluck shoot Playa, and Godluck strangles Playa to death in a brutal manner, later both Vassel and Godluck die from their injuries.
- Godluck Crushes 2 men with his car, stabbing one in the stomach, the other flips on the hood and after some driving, is shot dead offscreen, with blood pouring down Godlucks windshield.
- A Gang War between 2 gangs takes place, many Gang members are killed, as are 2 cops, Godluck tries to save one of the cops, but the cop is shot in the back and killed.
- During the Gang war scene, Godluck shoots at least 5 gangbangers dead, most of them during the part where he tries to save the cop.
- Godluck hits a gangbanger filming the gang war with his car, then shoots him the back several times, killing him.
- A gang leader kills a rival gang member with a machete just offscreen.
- There's a huge backtown car chase shootout scene, where Godluck shoots many gang members, some in cars, one in a motorcycle. And several on\near a truck, it ends when Playas 2nd in command crashes his car.
- Godluck rams a gang member from his car going high speed into a pole, killing him.
- Godluck engages into a shootout, shooting 2 dead, blowing up a car, setting 4 bad guys on fire and shooting them dead, then Godluck shoots another arriving bad guy dead.
- Godluck engages many bad guys on his way to kill playa at the top, shooting, fighting, and stabbing his way to the top, he ends up killing 13 bad guys.
- Godluck engages in a brutal fight with Playa's 2nd in command, with brutal punching, shooting and stabbing, Godluck eventually kills him by shooting him under the chin, causing blood to erupt from the top of his head.
- 3 of Playas men are killed when they activate one of their own tripwire traps, and it blows them up.
- Detective Vassel arrives at playas hideout to help Godluck, Shooting and killing 5 of Playas reinforcements when they arrive and shoot at him.
- Playa's girlfriend shoots and mortally wounds both Godluck and Vassel, and Golduck finally shoots her twice in the head and kills her during a shootout.

- Playa snorts cocaine at one of his hideouts in one scene.
- Playa's girlfriend is a drug addict, and is seen with marks on her arm, he later injects her with heroin.
- Playa, the main bad guy and gang leader is a drug dealer, and deals drugs, and his drug business and dealings are discussed some.
- The grieving main character spends a period of time drinking excessively to dull his pain.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Brian's throat operation can be too gruesome for some viewers. It goes on for a while and is extremely graphic.
