(at around 53 mins) When Masen and Jo first meet Torrence on the road. He is loading guns from a police van into the boot/trunk of a car. After some brief dialogue, he gets into the car with the blind woman (Hilda) and drives off. However he is not seen to close the lid of the boot, yet when he drives away, it is shut.
(at around 15 mins) When Torrence enters the plane's toilet, he has only picked up about 4 or 5 lifejackets. Yet the number he inflates is far more, at least 15-20.
When Bill is blown backwards from the plane debris you can tell it's a stunt double because the hair is noticeably longer than Bill's hair.
(at around 11 mins) The Sun is seen high on the sky simultaneous all around the Earth including London and Sydney. In fact it would be impossible to expose everyone on the planet to a single bright flash.
The blinding flash would not have caused world wide blindness; on the 'other' side of the Earth this would not have happened.
The ones watching television would not have been affected as well since the stations would burn out and the transmission would end immediately.
The police in England do not carry guns, in the first episode there are several instances that a weapon is taken from a policeman to be used by the sighted people.
(at around 17 mins) Jo Playton's scar is on the opposite side of her forehead.
(At around 7 mins) When Dougray Scott's character is being driven across the Hammersmith flyover in London, you can see 'The City' or Financial Square Mile with the Gherkin building silhouetted in the distance. They are heading west, so you would not see this part of London at all, they would have to be travelling east in the opposite direction to be heading towards The City, and even then you would not be able to see The City from that part of the Hammersmith flyover.
