Torres says that Tunu Alonak's town in Alaska is so off the grid that there aren't even addresses. However, his boat is in a large marina. (On-screen, there are dozen of boats and probably a hundred or more off-screen.) That would require a fairly large supporting infrastructure, including addresses for delivery of supplies, such as fuel for the boats. Torres may have been exaggerating, but the place can't be that 'off the grid' with so many large boats there.
