Five sex vignettes involving blondes are punctuated and interrupted by a closeup of disembodied ruby-red lips speaking nonsense, in a visual device harking back to the Rocky Horror Picture show movie.
It's mindless porn, poorly written and directed by bad old Cash. In-jokes are evident, for example Randy Spears as a phone sex victim (of a wrong number) in which the lady phoning him stresses foot-fetish (Randy's famous real-life obsession) but he doesn't get any of that in the fantasized sex scene.
Cast of blonde actresses is fully top-heavy for big-breast fans but otherwise this is difficult to sit through (on purpose).
