This is it. First a live-action version, then a movie, then an animated reveal. After 17 years, the pumps turned off at Corner Gas for the final time tonight with a sweet episode of the main characters pondering their next moves in life, fittingly guest-starring
proud Canadian boy Ryan Reynolds.
I followed this show through its entire run, and had the luck in 2007 to visit the set in Rouleau, Saskatchewan on a filming day and spot Gabrielle Miller and Janet Wright (RIP) on the street. Hence, this show will forever hold a special place in my memories.
