- The reveal of the reborn scout is pretty intense some players may find it terrifying.
- Some dark themes regarding war and government experiments.
- Mutated humans can be frightening.
- There are few scary moments throughout the game but nothing too bad.
- Xeno creatures look frightening.
- Xeno bugs can appear from nowhere and it can jump on you when get near.
- Surprisingly violent and gritty for a T rated game.
