- Liu Kang gets his arm cursed it shows veins while being cursed, quite disturbing
- A man gets chopped up by Tarkantans and blood pours out you then see his served head on the ground
- A baby is almost killed.
- The violence is extremely graphic and gory and not for those with a weak stomach for blood.
- People are stabbed, sliced in half, ripped apart, decapitated etc. with very bloody and gory results.
- Super fake violence. No where near as much as invincible. Not as violent as the games.

- Raiden gets his ribs crushed, he then coughs up blood, Quite graphic
- Reiko gets punched and kicked and pushed onto the floor where he is choked to death, not graphic
- Raiden is killed by Shao Kahn, quite upsetting, not too graphic,
