Never expect to see this side of Rand.....But I guess after achieve that kind level of success , a person's desire will be roll back to the basic....the most simple and pure desire as a human being.
And kind interesting to see the show play on the ME and AU idea.
(Although JR's back story kind make me feel bad for him to ever met Rand.....but his last action of revenge also made me take back my sympathy , as we don't really saw what happen to him in the AU , which means I don't got enough information for him to justified his action..... Everybody else from the team seems to get a "good on the first sight" AU , so who says JR didn't also got one?)
