Simply Stunning-But Sadly, Not Shocking.
The previous episodes have been good- the quality is solid, interesting content, etc., but this particular episode is (thus far) the most maddening, disgusting perspective yet.

Sadly, so predictable though. Given the current state of our corporate media, and their proclivity to be anything other than a paragon of journalistic integrity, it's of little consequence to their reputation that this type of behavior was not only gone to great lengths to bury, but to seemingly condone and ignore the behavior that truly was one of the worst kept secrets in the history of Hollywood.

Considering this behavior was going on within the walls of NBC with their own personalities *cough* Matt Lauer *cough* and you can certainly see why the rush to squash the vile behavior lest your own house of cards come crumbling down, as well.

Which now, in the light of day, suddenly seems like a sun catcher moment- you know, something that seems so innocuous and void of substance, until the sun strikes and illuminates so radiantly. Filling the either with colors so bright, strong and vivid that you cannot believe you had previously thought so little of the clear piece of glass with a handful of rough cut edges.

Sadly, the #MeToo momentum that had once been gained, seems to have died a sudden death- once the allegations came out against those they deem to be on 'the right side' of their purview, NOW we're pulling the hand brake and sounding alarms for 'TRUST BUT CONFIRM!!' Never mind the complete nonsense leveled at SCOTUS judge Brett Cavanaugh that nearly ruined an actual innocent; he was someone 'they' viewed as an enemy, and BAMN was the motto. But now we have people in office soliciting affairs with Chinese spies sitting on an intelligence committee, a sitting President with so many accusers you need a ream of paper to get all the information down, and still SO MANY DEVIANTS walking around Hollywood/NYC, people like Kevin Spacey actually allowed to justify predatory and disgusting behavior with the excuse of being an homosexual? On what planet do all these things coincide in the same ethos?

My one complaint with this series is- it could be so much more. An hour per episode still wouldn't be enough, and herein lies the issue. With so much that still needs to be done, there's precious few putting forth quality journalism to uncover the filth, and what is there is only just scratching the surface. This particular episode could have been a stand-alone documentary with this one topic and you'd have hit a home run in the ratings. But smashed in between other not enough content episodes and I doubt many are watching.
