A feature length flick from British indie director Jason Impey and a follow up to the first serial killer tale. This one is basically a series of victims filmed from the point of view of the killer in the moments leading up to their deaths. It's an unfocused film, badly acted at times and with dialogue that goes on and on in places. The whole thing is an excuse for a series of staged murders which play out with the minimum of creativity, leaving it a crashing bore.
