When warned about the sandstorm and told to return to the airport, the ATC tells the pilot to turn and increase speed to 190 knots (218 mph). However the type of plane the pilot is flying has a maximum allowed speed of 151 knots. Faster than that and the pilot risks the airplane being torn apart.
The Cessna airplane is supposed to be doing a pattern flight close to the airport. Planes flying in pattern are only going to be at about 1000 ft above ground level. (His altimeter as being at about 2000 ft). A commercial airplane is then shown at about the same level as the Cessna, which is dangerously low even in a calm day.
