PlayStation has massively grown its PC portfolio after committing to the platform in 2019, and while it did stumble along the way, like with the recent Helldivers 2 Psn debacle, the company has seen a great deal of success from its double-dip launches.
Back in 2022, PlayStation Studios boss Hermen Hulst confirmed that they will release live-service games day and date on PC, which is sensible, and big singleplayer titles will be spaced out to at least two years between their PS5 and PC launches. However, a recent rumor suggests this may have changed.

After a very complicated couple of days for the Helldivers 2 community, things go back to normal, and the players are playing the game while they pitch new ways to improve it.
A user recently posted on X, arguing that missions with a difficulty of seven or higher should not allow the use of stronger weapons, thereby preventing the inclusion of new players in these missions. Johan Pilestedt, Arrowhead Game Studios CEO and game director, replied, saying that this will never happen. He even shared how he feels about noobs.
Helldivers 2 Players Have No Time for Noobs A Helldivers 2 player offered a new way to make new players not be able to be carried.
The Helldivers 2 community is always eager to suggest new enhancements and changes for the game. Sometimes these pitches aren’t that positive for the players. However, there is always room for discussion and finding a common ground for trying new strategies.

Ghost of Tsushima is next in line after the new Helldivers game to have a ton of criticism poured on it thanks to Sony’s decisions. After Arrowhead’s latest title was restricted for purchase only in countries that have Psn access, it seems Tsushima‘s PC port has followed the same pattern, and people aren’t happy.
Out of all the statements that have been thrown around, one that seems to be the most controversial of them all comes from popular content creator Mutahar, who put forward one statement that people can’t seem to get behind.

A lot of aspiring Ghost of Tsushima players on PC may not be able to play.
For the most part, the Helldivers drama was over after PlayStation’s parent company went back on its decision to force Steam players to create and link a Psn ID to their accounts.

PlayStation has been on a roll for some time with consistent releases of well-crafted single-player games. But there is one underrated title whose future is still unclear.
There is one prominent leaker with a great track record of sharing information about Ubisoft’s Far Cry 7, who wasn’t afraid to speak about the questionable decisions of Sony if the company were to greenlight a Returnal sequel instead of the highly demanded Days Gone 2.
PlayStation Could Give Returnal a Sequel Before Days Gone 2
Housemarque gave PlayStation a great roguelike, but some believe that it doesn’t deserve a sequel.
Opinions about games may vary, but some carry much more weight, like a Days Gone sequel being denied by Sony and possibly giving the favor to another developer like Housemarque. While Returnal was an excellent game, it wasn’t that big of a success to warrant a sequel.

Ghost of Tsushima was an excellent final entry from Sucker Punch Studios at the late stage of the PlayStation 4 lifecycle. Many would argue that the team has nailed the combat, but the open world feel and atmosphere are often overlooked.
Video games are works of art, and the developers took the time to design these worlds whereas the majority of the gaming community would rush through the story and forget to soak it all in and gaze upon the beauty of the digital sandbox.

When it comes to gleaming streams, Kai Cenat is not the first to come to mind. However, being one of the biggest streamers on the internet right now, it makes sense for him to jump on the trend. After all, it keeps the audience entertained with a fun time.
The streamer has recently been going through one of the best titles on PlayStation, Ghost of Tsushima. Sucker Punch’s samurai adventure was beloved by many for its gorgeous world, compelling story, and amazing fights. One of those fights is proving to be extra challenging for the streamer.

Shōgun season 1 is in the books, and the historical epic has garnered both critical and commercial success, with its premiere pulling in 9 million views (the most ever for an FX series) and its ten-episode run earning nearly unanimous positive reviews (it’s currently sitting pretty at 99% Fresh on Rotten Tomatoes). The problem is, if you’re one of the millions captivated by the sprawling mini-series, a second season is anything but confirmed. In fact, at this point, it’s unlikely to happen.
The good news: there are plenty of terrific pieces of Feudal Japanese fiction to explore, and one of the very best is the breathtaking Ghost of Tsushima. The PlayStation exclusive is just as grand in scale as Shōgun, and while it’s a different kind of samurai story entirely, it’s a perfect complement to the show in that it focuses on aspects of the setting that the show doesn’t.

In the world of video games, where technology and gameplay are advancing at a very fast pace, it becomes crucial for developers to make sure their game stands out. More specifically, if that game does not come from a massive studio. That’s what Shift Up, the developer of Stellar Blade, did; they made their game stand out in a lot of ways. So much so that it became a point of discussion for a bunch of gamers.
Thanks to this Stellar Blade gained numerous fans, fans who were now eagerly waiting for it to launch. This game also met its fair share of critics over time, but their arguments did not stand much in front of its numerous fans. And now that Stellar Blade has launched, its success is only matched by the best of the best in the gaming industry.

Modern machines like the PlayStation 5 thrive on the idea that modern-day gaming needs to look, feel, and transcend our understanding of gaming. Unfortunately, it’s all too often that video games today cannot even keep up with classics that were released decades ago.
While PlayStation Plus has some great retro games like Twisted Metal, there are many that aren’t in the collection yet but should surely make it up to the library sooner or later. Here are the top 5 we’d like to see.
5. Tenchu: Stealth Assassins (1998) Even a game as old as this one has combat and stealth perfectly balanced.
Long before games like Ghost of Tsushima and Rise of the Rōnin, there was one game that mixed gruesome violence with fascinating level design. Tenchu was one of the earliest takes on stealth games that got the ‘ninja vibe‘ right to them, and to this day, many games...

Stellar Blade is a new ambitious title for South Korean developers Shift Up and early reactions are indicating the game could be another winner for Sony Interactive Entertainment. PlayStation exclusives have been the gold standard for gaming for years and the company is now ready to share what they have with competitors.
However, the newest exclusive could pose a problem if it were ever ported to Xbox. The game features heavy PlayStation signatures that would be very awkward to see on a rival console.
Stellar Blade Can Be a Tricky Port for Xbox
Stellar Blade will be released on April 26, 2024, exclusively on the PlayStation 5.

Assassin’s Creed has gone through many changes and Ubisoft has made its fair share of questionable decisions which affected the franchise. It would appear that the franchise has thrown historical accuracy out the window and is going on a more unrealistic approach.
The game developer is actively working on multiple titles that are meant to be released in the following years and details of the 2026 entry are making fans worried. The apple has fallen far from the tree and fans are not happy about the shift in direction.

New details for an upcoming game that takes place in the Assassin’s Creed universe will dabble with sorcery and witchcraft which are quite out of reach for a once-grounded and history-focused franchise.

PlayStation has given its fans some very exciting games over the years. But their first-party studios are mostly known for developing some very story-heavy games. These titles would feature a linear progression system, which does not give fans much freedom in exploration. But the developer of Ghost of Tsushima changed this.
A truly open-world game where players can go anywhere and do anything. It took some ideas from this developer’s previously released Infamous series of games. The idea of walking two paths was described in this game as the path of a ghost or a samurai. And now, years after this game’s launch, some suggest that they can use this idea to take this franchise in a whole new direction.

Ghost of Tsushima 2 might be among the sought-after games right now, but the attention seems to have been diverted a little. After the new Wolf Among Us 2 screenshots developed in Unreal Engine 5 went viral, the game and excitement for it has reached the ‘peak’ it seems.

Details on the development have remained thin since. However, the latest images show the Fabletown sheriff Bigby Wolf in different situations and the gaming community has already started buzzing about it.

In a new post on the PlayStation blog, the studio mentioned the minimum PC specs required to run the game. On very low settings, Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut will be playable on Intel Core i3 7100 systems at 30 Fps.
However, the resolution in that case would be capped to 720p. The system would also need to have a Gtx 960 4Gb or a more advanced graphics card along with at least 8 Gb of Ram. Those on Amd’s Ryzen 7 processor (i3 equivalent) will also be able to enjoy this support as long as their system includes a Radeon Rx 5500 Xt graphics card or higher.

Players will have various options to explore the map, from horseback on land to grappling hooks to clinging to ledges and gliding through the air. Team Ninja has proof that gliding was possible back then.
History is an Advantage for Rise of the Ronin
Traveling on horseback is one of the many ways to explore in Rise of the Ronin.
In an interview, game director Fumihiko Yasuda was well-aware of the skepticism surrounding one of the traversal options, which is gliding. Yasuda believes that flight was achievable back during the Bakumatsu period because of historical evidence and blueprints that were uncovered.

The PlayStation 5 exclusive, Rise of the Ronin, launched last month and has received mostly positive reviews from both gamers and critics. The game takes players to 19th-century Japan amidst the Boshin War and has been praised for its open world, fine-tuned combat, and more.
Rise of the Ronin also features several real-life historical figures of the 19th century that players come across during their playthrough and can interact with them as well. This has led to one unintentional crossover with one popular Sega game that is quite different from Team Ninja’s.

A large open-world map warrants excellent traversal in a game, goes without saying. But players can’t do it alone. They need a buddy, a companion. And what better than a trusty old steed? Ghost of Tsushima lets its players pick their companion’s name as well, adding that extra personal touch.
Whether you named him Sora, Nobu or Kage, you could see Jin have short, heart-warming moments with his horse between missions. And it was these little sprinkles of bonding that wrecked every player’s heart when Jin’s horse died after they escaped from Castle Shimura. 2020 certainly wasn’t a good year for horses in gaming— Remember Shimmer from The Last of Us Part II?
