Deon tells her to do it, and Nora says that she doesn't want him dead but does want his help against their common enemy, Barry, who rejected both of them. Nora asks Deon how that makes him feel.
The next day at STA Labs, Iris, Barry, and Cisco tells her about how Barry is Flash and Barry and Iris "created" her. Caitlin comes in and says that Alexa, Psych, and Deon share the same biogenome sequence. Alexa can sense their cells on a cosmic level and they can sense her, and they figure that Nora will kill the other three Forces.

Cisco has been seeing intermittent spikes of Nora's isotopic signature all across Central City, and there have been reports of spontaneous laughter. Barry tells Alexa that they're going to train her how to control Fuerza. Alexa worries if she kills someone during training, and insists that she can't hurt anyone else. Barry tells her that they won't let her, and asks Alexa to let them help her.

She pointed out that meta-criminals have mysteriously disappeared, and that the people who worked the cases like Patty and Julian have been reassigned. Barry was on them and hasn't been reassigned, and Joe agrees to bring Barry in to Kramer... eventually.
Ion the speed lab, Cisco, Barry, and Caitlin set up a force field to contain Alexa. Barry has Alexa focus and initiate her change into Fuerza, while they keep track of the physiological effects. Alexa hesitates, and Barry tells her that she has to change.

Alexa comes in and overhears Barry, and worries that she might kill Psych. Barry says that she won't if she can get control of her powers, and that's why she has to keep training. He wants to force Fuerza out with a isotope bombardment. Caitlin warns against it, but Barry and Cisco tell Alexa that Psych threatens everyone in the city and Alexa agrees.
At the Citizen, Iris confirms that Bashir was a member of the League in 2008 and is the adoptive son of hotel moguls who died in a plane crash. The couple were $50 million in debt and were fleeing the country and left Bashir behind. Iris figures that Bashir is out to gain avenge on everyone who wrong him. When Barry hesitates, Alexa tells him that she doesn't want to be Barry's weapon. She walks off, and Caitlin tells Barry that Alexa needs time to process what happened to her. Caitlin tells Barry that he needs to be more patient with Alexa, and she'll try to stop Alexa from leaving.
Joe meets Cecile in her office and tells her that Kramer is going to start a war, and is doing it by the book. He wants Cecile to investigate Kramer, and Cecile tells him that Kramer has to decide on her own to back off, and asks him what he's going to do to encourage that.
Cisco goes back to work, and Kamilla notices that he doesn't seem enthused about moving to Miami. He says that there are plenty of jobs in Miami that he's qualified for, but he has no clue what he's supposed to do right now. Cisco tells Kamilla that when Psych showed him his worst nightmare, Cisco saw himself 40 years in the future still working at STAR Labs. In the nightmare, everybody had moved on except Cisco, and he felt regret about not trying to do anything else with his career. Cisco doesn't want that future, and wonders what he's supposed to do. Kamilla tells him that he should give it time, and the right job will find him.
Caitlin approaches Alexa in the lounge and tells her that running away won't help. Alexa worries that she'll never control Fuerza, and Caitlin tells her that she and Frost used to share a body. Caitlin tried to control Frost instead of understanding her, and talked to her. She gives Alexa a mental activity dampener to let her "talk" to Alexa. Barry comes in and tells Alexa to forget the training, and admits he should have listened to Alexa when she said she wasn't ready. He apologizes and says that he'll do whatever Alexa wants to do, and she says that she wants to get in sync with Fuerza.

Iris tells Barry that she can tell him over the comms what to say to Bashir. Alexa insists on going with Barry.
On the highway, Sharpe says that he and Bashir were friends. Bashir says that Sharpe being an optimist won't help him, and now he's going to pay. Flash whisks Sharpe away, and Psych tells him to come out and face him. Flash comes back with Alexa, and he says that they won't let Psych hurt Sharpe. Psych realizes that Alexa is "his sister" and doesn't care.
When Flash says that Psych can't keep punishing the world for what his parents did to him, Psych grabs him with his mental tentacles and lifts him into the air. Alexa puts on the nullifier and "talks" to Fuerza, and Alexa transforms and catches Flash as Psych drops him. Fuerza says that she's Alexa and Fuerza together, and charges at Psych.
Fuerza punches away Psych's tentacles and grabs him, and Flash yells that Psych doesn't have to fight them. Bashir tells "Dad" not to bother, and Fuerza tells Bashir to listen and then transforms back to Alexa. Flash tells Psych that the others found funds that the others had created a fund to help Psych. Psych insists that Naomi didn't help him, and Flash says that she turned her back on Psych but the others didn't.
Psych doesn't believe it, and tells Flash that they don't know his pain. Alexa says that she does, and her pain is as bad as his. When she was using drugs, she drove everyone close to her away. Bashir reverts and tells Alexa to continue, and Alexa tells him that they'll wait as long as it takes and calls him "brother".
Later, Cisco, Caitlin, and Allegra arm up. Iris confirms that the others have come out of their coma, and Allegra says that Barry is bringing two monsters into their home.
