- Martha kills Henry with an angel whatnot in self defense. Daphne tries to drown Martha. Daphne and Martha fights, Daphne falls off of the balcony during the fight but she survives. It just paralyzes her.

- Henry drugs Martha by putting ghb in her tea. Henry drinks in front of Martha, knowing Martha is a recovering alcoholic. Alcohol is planted in Martha's car. While trying to drown Martha, Daphne forces some alcohol down Martha.
