Zee TV's reality show- Indian Pro Music League (Ipml) continues to entertain the audience all through lockdown 2.0. Since the show started, all the six teams have been going all out to put their best foot forward and entertain viewers. One such team is Gujarat Rockers and captain Bhoomi Trivedi has been instrumental in her team's amazing performance on the show.
Bhoomi recently spoke about how Indian Pro Music League helped her showcase her creativity! The Gujarat Rockers captain has not only sung some fantastic songs, but has written verses and lyrics from scratch to give some popular tracks an interesting Gujarati spin during the show.
Bhoomi revealed, "I am enjoying Indian Pro Music League a lot. We usually perform on one or two songs rather than a mashup of 4-5 songs, which is really great. I actually don't believe that a mashup of songs is a good example of creativity.

Mumbai, March 12 (Ians) Playback singer Javed Ali is a household name today but the singer recalls how earning even Rs 2000 from an event was a difficult affair during his days of struggle.
"Back in the day, I used to live in Chimat Pada Marol, Andheri East, where the rent was Rs 1500 and the deposit was Rs 20,000, and raising that was the most difficult part. There was just a tubelight and a fan, and I learnt how to make 'daal' (pulses). We would add extra water so that the daal lasted an extra day! We would plead to the landlord to let us stay in the house," he said.
"I don't like sharing my story because I don't want sympathy. This is the first time I am getting the chance to share my story. I started from scratch and my father used to say, 'in life you will get success only...

Mumbai, March 9: People no longer listen to film songs, feels Shaan, who has done playback duty in Bollywood for over a couple of decades.
"People have stopped listening to film songs these days. Film songs are not enjoying the popularity they used to in earlier times. When we used to sing playback regularly, people would listen to film songs and discuss them. These days, maybe one song from a big film, that too which has been heavily publicised - only that people listen to," said Shaan.
Is this why he is not much into playback music these days? "As I said people don't listen. In the past one year, I've recorded four songs that nobody knows about. Also new singers are coming up. When I was new, seniors made way for me. Similarly now, I'll have to make way for the new generation. You can't be there forever. But...
