When Poteet, Skimmerhorn and company talk to prospective cowhands in town, dirty Buck is sitting on the ledge of a building in the background. As they are leaving he can be seen jumping down off the ledge. The camera shows the Poteet group leaving, then comes back to the assembled cowhands and Buck is back on the high shelf. Just a matter of film cutting and not a biggie. Great movie.
Before leaving at the start of the drive, there is a branding scene where the new "Crown V" branding iron is shown. However, for the rest of the episode, the cattle are either unbranded or seen with different brands than the one shown earlier.
During the rustlers' attack on the herd, Jim is shot off his horse. When Bufe stops and gets down to help him, the shot from behind Jim shows him rising up from the ground on his right arm.
