The scenes within the church confessional were actually shot in Co-Director David Zimmerman III's bedroom.
The man in the cemetery was played by Brandon Zimmerman, the co-director's brother. The character he plays was created by the two of them a few years prior, for a short film titled The Pursuit of a Vision. This is the third time this character has appeared in a movie by David Zimmerman III.
The coffee table in the living room was borrowed from Brandon DeLaval, whom appeared in Levi and David's previous film The Only Way (2004). The original plan was to have everything in the living room taken care of in one night of shooting. Then filming was delayed, and production ended up keeping the table for 2 months. The living room scenes ended up taking three separate nights to complete. The final cut of the movie contains something from each of these shoots.
A crew member was digitally erased from the background of a scene.
The main house used in the movie was an actual location. In the actual house the bathroom is actually at the top of the stairs, not down at the end of the hall as it appears in the movie.
