While Bridgerton is first and foremost a love story, the relationship between the siblings and their mother plays a very important role in each season. And although viewers have only seen the first 4 episodes of season 3, it is already apparent that the family bond plays a major role in the way each Bridgerton views the world.
Two characters who offer the most support and parental advice are Violet Bridgerton, the matriarch of the family, and her older son Anthony, who had to step into the role of viscount and find the strength to raise his siblings at the age of 18. However, there was another sibling who could have provided a lot of insight throughout the series, but has yet to appear.
Daphne Bridgerton, who is missing from season 3, is one of the show's weakest links.

Suzy Eddie Izzard and Ed Speleers (Downton Abbey) are among the actors who have joined the supporting cast of Midas Man, the feature biopic of Beatles Manager Brian Epstein.
In the pic, Izzard portrays British music promoter Allan Williams, famously known as “The Man Who Gave Away The Beatles,” while Ed Speleers is Tex Ellington, Epstein’s love interest. Other additions include Darci Shaw (The Colour Room), who plays singer Cilla Black, and Milo Parker (Mr. Holmes) is Epstein’s longtime assistant, Alastair Taylor.
Previous cast attached to the project included actors Lukas Gage, Bill Milner, and Rosie Day. “Escape From Kabul Airport,” a documentary airing on BBC Two in September, will tell the inside story of the 18 days in August 2021, when the U.S. withdrew its troops from Afghanistan, and the subsequent evacuation of thousands of Afghan citizens from Kabul airport after the Taliban seized the city.
The documentary is an Amos production for the BBC, in association with HBO and in collaboration with Arte France. It is produced by Emmy and BAFTA-winning Dan Reed (“Leaving Neverland”) and directed by Jamie Roberts (“Four Hours At The Capitol”).
The film combines never before seen on-the-ground archival footage from the evacuation, alongside interviews with evacuees, eye-witnesses, U.S. Marines and Taliban fighters.
Roberts said: “When the images of the chaotic Kabul airlift flashed across the news I immediately wanted to know more about what this historic moment looked and felt like on the ground, through the eyes of the people who were there.

The actors talk about their new film chronicling the life of fiery, passionate ceramicist Clarice Cliff, the groundbreaking art deco genius who brought a shot of colour into a drab world
Phoebe Dynevor and David Morrissey arrive in a London hotel room, both suited. Extremely suited, in fact: he’s in a three-piece, he looks like a lithograph; she’s experimental, very fashion forward. This would have been commonplace before the pandemic: just two big-name actors, in nice clothes, promoting a new project: The Colour Room.
Now, it feels almost surreally exciting to be in the same room as a stranger at all; Dynevor, after playing Daphne Bridgerton in Netflix’s second-most watched series ever, is probably one of the most recognised new faces in the world; Morrissey – and he’s famous for this – is disconcertingly nice and self-effacing, and always looks a bit puzzled to be asked about himself.

"The modern woman is forward-looking, not backward-looking." Sky Cinema in the UK has unveiled the official trailer for a biopic film titled The Colour Room, the latest from filmmaker Claire McCarthy. This hasn't played at any festivals, but will be debuting on Sky in the UK in November; no US date has been announced. The film is inspired by the life of history-making ceramicist Clarice Cliff. "Her pottery made history, her story broke every rule." This one stars Phoebe Dynevor (from "Bridgerton") as Clarice, "a working-class woman in the 1920s who bounces between jobs in different factories, constantly getting in trouble for not putting up with sexism and trying to push her creative ideas." She teams up with a factory, and then "fights to have her art recognised and for men to acknowledge that women can do whatever they put their minds to." Matthew Goode also co-stars, with David Morissey,...

As if the idea of Pete Davidson and Phoebe Dynevor dating couldn't get any cuter, he might've just called her his crush. During a Zoom Q&a with students at Marquette University on April 11, Pete was asked about his celebrity crush. He replied, "I'm with my celebrity crush." Though he didn't confirm the star by name, it's safe to assume he was talking about Phoebe.
After weeks of speculation, Us Weekly confirmed on April 5 that the two were a couple. "Pete and Phoebe are still going strong despite not being able to physically spend time together," a source told the outlet. The 25-year-old Bridgerton star is currently filming The Colour Room in the United Kingdom, while the 27-year-old Saturday Night Live comedian is in the States. "They keep in touch over text and FaceTime. Right now, they're just focused on work. . . . They're not looking to rush things," the source added.
